Ayroor is a village situated in the western part of Ranni Taluk of Pathanamthitta District in Kerala state.Ayroor was previously part of Tiruvalla Taluk in Alleppey District and is considered part of Edanadu in Kerala Ayroor village used to be a part of the erstwhile Travancore kingdom. It is believed that the Thekencore kingdom's Kovilans ruled Ayroor in the past.
