Pattom is a part of the Thiruvananthapuram city of Kerala. It is located approximately 4 kilometres north of centre of Thiruvananthapuram. Pattom is largely a residential area, houses few important administration offices of Keral State besides few shopping complexes
Pattom is a major stop for buses plying to and from Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Station and City Bus Station
